- PAYMENT POLICY
- The case fee for a pair of custom made foot orthotics is 500.00$. This includes the biomechanical assessment, 3D foot scanning/casting, dispensing and one follow-up review by phone, by email or in person. The fee does not include any other chiropody assessment or treatment.
- A 150.00$ non-refundable deposit will be required prior to ordering the orthotics. This deposit covers the cost of the biomechanical assessment and laboratory services.
- The documentation required for insurance reimbursement for your orthotics will be provided after receipt of the full payment.
- A second pair of orthotics from the same scans/casts can be ordered at a reduced price of 300.00$ within 6 months after the dispense of the first pair.
- It usually takes 2-3 weeks to receive the orthotics from the lab. We will call you to book a fitting appointment. Please bring the shoes that you will be wearing the orthotics in to the fitting appointment.
- MODIFICATION & REFUND POLICY
- The orthotics are warranted against defect and breakage by the lab for a period of six (6) months.
- Modifications to the original prescribed orthotics will be made at no charge for six (6) months from time of dispense. After 6 months, there is a $150.00 modification
- Due to the nature of certain medical conditions, it is not possible to guarantee the effectiveness or results of prescription orthotics therapy. However, Kanata Foot & Orthotics will make every effort to perform these treatment modalities at the best of their professional knowledge/capabilites.
